Claim your airport or your business
Every US airport has a live SkyReady page with weather, runways, and FAA data. Claiming lets you keep the parts the FAA doesn't publish current: fuel prices, fees, hours, and services. Run the whole field, or one business on it — an FBO, a flight school, an avionics or maintenance shop — and claim just your listing. Free, no catch.
What you can manage
Claiming the airport covers the field's own details and every business listing that no business has claimed for itself:
- Fuel providers and prices. Every seller on your field, each with its own prices — self serve and full serve quoted separately, the way pilots compare them — and notes ("card reader down this week").
- Hours and attendance beyond the FAA's published schedule.
- Contact details, courtesy car availability, and one short remark for visiting pilots.
Claiming a business covers your listing and nothing else — on a field with three fuel sellers, none of them can touch a competitor's numbers, and once you claim, the listing is yours alone (the airport manager can no longer edit it either). If the manager already listed you, your claim takes over that same entry rather than creating a duplicate:
- FBOs and fuel sellers: your own fuel prices, ramp fee and waiver terms, phone, and website.
- Flight schools, avionics and maintenance shops: your link, phone, and a short description pilots see on the airport page.
Everything you set is labeled "airport management" with a date, right on your airport's page. FAA sourced data (runways, frequencies, pattern, airspace) stays FAA sourced; nobody can edit that, including you.
How verification works
- Create a free SkyReady account and submit the claim with your name, role, and phone number.
- We check the claim against the FAA's published airport manager record and call the number the FAA has on file, not the one submitted. Business claims are verified with the business directly.
- Once confirmed, your account can edit the listing any time at skyready.app/manage, and your page shows the verified badge.
Usually a day or two. Wrong number in the FAA record? Mention it in the claim and we'll verify another way.
Why bother?
Pilots already check your SkyReady page for weather and runway data before they fly in. Stale third party listings send them elsewhere for fuel; a claimed page puts your prices and services next to the data they're already reading, along with the free embeddable widgets and the printable kneeboard for your field.
