FOR NIGHT OPERATIONS, THE SEAPLANE BASE PROPONENT SHOULD INSTALL A LITE WIND CONE THAT PROVIDES SURFACE WIND DIRECTION INFORMATION TO THE SEA LANE. 4. FOR NIGHT OPERATIONS, SEAPLANE FACILITY IDENTIFICATION AND WATER OPERATING AREA LIGHTING SHOULD BE PROVIDED. AC 150-5395-1, CHAPTER 8, PARAGRAPH 52. 6. PROPONENT REFERS TO AC 91-69A SEAPLANE SAFETY FOR FAR PART 91 OPERATOR FOR ACCOMPLISHING AN ACCEPTABLE LEVEL OF SAFETY 7. THE PROPONENT SHOULD ENSURE THAT ALL LOCAL CODES, STATE CODES AND ORDINANCES, ENVIRONMENTAL CODES, ZONING REQUIREMENTS, AND FIRE CODES ARE COMPLETED.
