WASHBURN AIRPORT (C09) 4,085 FOOT PROPOSED RUNWAY 08/26. C09 IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 4.84 NAUTICAL MILES (NM), 29,403 FEET, EAST OF THE PROPOSED PRIVATE-USE AIRPORT WITH AIRCRAFT DESCENDING OUT OF 2200' AS LOW AS 1020' TO LAND. NOTE: ALL LDOT DIVISION OF AERONAUTICS MINIMUM STANDARDS AS CONTAINED IN THE AVIATION SAFETY RULES MUST BE MAINTAINED, REGARDLESS OF THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION'S AIRSPACE DETERMINATION.
